Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of construction tasks, operate basic tools and equipment, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction and labouring duties on residential, commercial, or industrial sites.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, demolition, and clean-up.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow project plans, instructions, and supervisor directions.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding and barriers where required.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations.
• Report hazards, incidents, or equipment faults promptly.

Requirements

• Previous construction or labouring experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• White Card (or relevant construction safety certification) preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are an advantage.
